VIP Guest Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Annual VIP Guest Giveaway and VIP Social Media Giveaway are sponsored by Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn, 1630 S. Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92802 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaways are open to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry
• Provide a valid email address
• Meet the applicable entry requirements described below

Employees of Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

3. Annual VIP Guest Giveaway Entry

Individuals who join the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn VIP Email List through an official signup form will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Annual VIP Guest Giveaway.

Participants who remain subscribed to the VIP Email List at the time of each annual drawing will automatically remain eligible for future annual drawings unless they unsubscribe.

Limit one (1) Annual VIP Guest Giveaway entry per person.

4. VIP Social Media Giveaway Entry

The Sponsor will also conduct a separate VIP Social Media Giveaway.

To enter the VIP Social Media Giveaway, participants must:

• Follow the official Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn Facebook page
• Follow the official Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn Instagram account

Participants must be following both official accounts at the time the drawing is conducted.

Following the Sponsor’s social media accounts is optional and is not required to enter or win the Annual VIP Guest Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify social media eligibility before awarding the prize.

Limit one (1) VIP Social Media Giveaway entry per person.

5. Giveaway Period

Both Giveaways are conducted annually.

Entries are accepted throughout the calendar year.

Separate random drawings for each Giveaway will be conducted on or about December 15 of each year. If December 15 falls on a weekend or holiday, the drawings may be conducted on the next business day.

6. Prizes

Annual VIP Guest Giveaway

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) complimentary two-night stay at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn
• Up to six (6) one-day Disneyland® Park Hopper tickets

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500

VIP Social Media Giveaway

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) complimentary two-night stay at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn
• Up to six (6) one-day Disneyland® Park Hopper tickets

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500

Prize Conditions:

• Each prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the drawing date.
• Reservations are subject to hotel room availability.
• Disneyland admission is subject to Disneyland Resort park reservation availability and all applicable Disneyland Resort admission policies.
• Certain dates may not be available due to holidays, special events, peak occupancy, or other operational considerations.
• Advance reservations are required.
• Each prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Prize substitutions are not permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If a winner is unable to redeem the prize within the redemption period or on available dates, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Winner Selection

Separate random drawings will be conducted for each Giveaway.

• One (1) winner will be selected for the Annual VIP Guest Giveaway.
• One (1) winner will be selected for the VIP Social Media Giveaway.

An individual who satisfies the eligibility requirements for both Giveaways may be eligible to win either Giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective Giveaway.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided during entry.

Each selected winner must respond within five (5) business days of the notification email to claim the prize.

A response consists of replying to the notification email and confirming acceptance of the prize.

If a selected winner fails to respond within five (5) business days, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or is unable to redeem the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Email Communications

By joining the VIP Email List, participants agree to receive promotional emails, hotel news, special offers, and giveaway announcements from Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn.

Participants must remain subscribed through the annual drawing date to remain eligible for the Annual VIP Guest Giveaway.

Participants may unsubscribe after the drawing at any time.

10. Privacy

Participant information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will not be sold outside normal hotel marketing communications.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate either Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

Any material changes to these Official Rules will be posted on the Sponsor’s website.

These Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes, including on the Sponsor’s website, social media channels, and marketing materials, without additional compensation.

The Annual VIP Guest Giveaway and VIP Social Media Giveaway are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Disneyland®, The Walt Disney Company, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their respective affiliates.

Disneyland® is a registered trademark of The Walt Disney Company.

Disneyland admission remains subject to Disneyland Resort park reservation availability and all applicable Disneyland Resort admission policies.
