Honda Center

Honda Center is the premier entertainment and sports venue in Southern California. This arena is home to the Anaheim Ducks Hockey and annually hosts top-billed concerts, popular sporting events, and family favorites like Disney on Ice. In the last few years, crowds filled the Honda Center for popular events such as the UFC, Garth Brooks, Ariana Grande, The Rolling Stones, Justin Timberlake, and more. Since opening its doors, the Honda Center has hosted over 4000 events and over 43 million guests.

Formerly known as the Anaheim Arena, the Honda Center was established on June 17, 1997, and is owned by the city of Anaheim. A few days after its opening, the venue welcomed thousands of fans for the first time with a sold-out concert by Barry Manilow on June 19, 1993. In October of the same year, the arena was renamed Arrowhead Pond and hosted the first Mighty Ducks of Anaheim Hockey game. In 2005, a new era began as Susan, and Henry Samueli took ownership of the venue management company and the team. In 2006 the venue’s official name was changed to the Honda Center, along with the team to Anaheim Ducks.

The Honda Center continues to improve its venue, all in the interest of creating a fun experience for every visitor. The venue’s most expanse upgrade, The Grand Terrace Project, newly rebranded as the Brewery X Biergarten, features a 15000 square foot entertainment space, a 250-seat full-service restaurant, and an expanded Anaheim Ducks team store. An incredible multimedia platform has been installed throughout the venue, incorporating over 500 HD Monitors into the arena, creating a world-class live entertainment experience.
