VIP Guest Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn, Anaheim, California (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Join the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn VIP Email List
• Have a valid email address

Employees of Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must join the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn VIP Email List by submitting their email address through an official signup form provided by the Sponsor.

Limit one entry per person per year.

4. Giveaway Period

This is an annual giveaway.

Entries are accepted throughout the calendar year. One winner will be selected once per year
on or around a date determined by the Sponsor.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• A free two night hotel stay at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn
• Disneyland® Park Hopper admission for up to six guests (for one day)

Prize details, blackout dates, length of stay, and availability are subject to hotel availability and restrictions determined by the Sponsor.

The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided during signup.
The selected winner must respond within five (5) business days of the notification email to claim the prize.
A response is defined as a reply to the notification email confirming acceptance of the prize.
If the selected winner does not respond within this timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Email Communications

By entering, participants agree to receive VIP offers, giveaway notifications, and hotel updates by email from Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing prior to the winner selection will result in disqualification.

9. Privacy

Participant information will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will not be sold or shared outside of normal hotel marketing communications.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
