On August 24 and 27, mark your calendar for one of the most exciting summer nights at Disneyland. These special nights in August, September, October, and November allow the Magic Kingdom to come alive with just-spooky-enough delights. Check out the Mickey Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular, and special Happy HalloWishes fireworks. Get your trick or treating in early and see your favorite characters dressed up in their witchy costumes.
This party isn’t included with general admission, so you’ll want to book the Halloween extravaganza separately. It’s best to purchase these tickets in advance as they do sell out quickly. Don’s miss the Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet as they roam the park in perfect pitch (and perfect makeup), and dress up in your own scary, silly, or gorgeous costume for a night you’ll never forget.
Plan Your Outing
Each party lasts five hours, and you’ll be able to meet rare characters all while enjoying shorter lines and special treats at shops and restaurants around the park. Traditionally, August dates are some of the best for these parties. However, keep in mind that masks, costumes that drag on the ground, and layered costumes that obscure the face are not allowed.
The party starts at 7 p.m., and you’ll be given a guide to the shenanigans upon entry. Fast Pass isn’t allowed during these exclusive gatherings, but don’t worry—tickets are limited and lines will be relatively short. Time to start getting your costume together!
