Fortunately, we are a four-minute walk to the entrance, so there is no need for a shuttle.

Can you hold my luggage before I check in?
Yes, we are happy to hold your luggage if your room is not available at check-in.
Can you hold my luggage after I check out? For how long?
Yes, we are happy to hold your luggage after check-out. There is no time limit, but we cannot store luggage overnight.

Can I have breakfast the morning I check in?
Breakfast is available after your first night with us.

Do you have a gym?
Yes, we have a fitness center. It is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Accessibility & Mobility
Do you have elevators?
Yes, we have an elevator in each of our two buildings.
Are the elevators large enough for a wheelchair or mobility scooter?
Yes, our elevators can accommodate wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
Can I keep my mobility scooter outside my room?
No. Leaving a scooter in the hallway is considered a fire hazard.
Can I keep my mobility scooter inside my room?
Yes, but please note that it may take up a significant amount of space in the room. We also have a scooter charging station at the end of the second building, and you are welcome to leave and charge your scooter there overnight.
Guest Services & Amenities
Is the coffee in the lobby free?
Yes, our lobby coffee station is open 24 hours a day and is complimentary for our guests.

Do you have a laundry facility? What is the cost?
Yes, we offer a guest laundry facility. The cost is $4 to wash, $4 to dry, and $2 for detergent.
Is the laundry facility coin- or card-operated?
Our guest laundry machines accept both coins and credit cards.
Check-In, Check-Out & Stay Policies
How late can I check in?
You may check in at any time after 3pm. We kindly ask that you contact us if you will be arriving after midnight.
Do you offer early check-in, and how much does it cost?
Early check-in is complimentary, based on availability.
Do you offer late check-out, and how much does it cost?
Late check-out is complimentary until 1:00 pm, based on availability.
What are the age requirements to stay here?
In California, there is no minimum age requirement to stay at a hotel. However, we require a valid state ID and a matching valid credit card (not a debit card) at check-in.
Fees, Payments & Billing
Do you have any resort fees or deposits?
We do not charge a resort fee or a deposit. However, a valid credit card is required on file.
Can I prepay my reservation?
Yes. You may send a cashier’s check or personal check to pay for your reservation. Payment must be received at least two weeks prior to your stay.
Can I pay for my reservation by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not accept prepayments over the phone.
Can my family member check in if the hotel charges the card on file?
A family member may check in to the reservation and pay using their own credit card. A matching photo ID is required. –

Is room service offered every day?
Daily room cleaning service is provided. You may opt out by placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
